DECORATE A TRUNK

We’re excited to invite you to be a part of our annual Fall Harvest Festival! This is a fantastic opportunity to decorate your vehicle, pass out candy, and share the fun with families from our church and community. Get creative and make your trunk stand out!

Sign Up to Decorate a Trunk:

  • Bring your car, truck, or SUV and transform your trunk into a fun, family-friendly theme!
  • Whether it’s cute, funny, or themed after your favorite Bible character, be creative!
  • Your decorations help create a memorable experience for everyone attending.

How to Sign Up:

  1. Complete the online registration form below.
  2. Choose a theme for your trunk (we reserve the right to deny your theme).
  3. Closer to the event, our Children’s Pastor will be in touch with further information.

Trunk-or-Treat Guidelines:

  • Themes must be family-friendly: No gore, excessive blood, inappropriate, violent, or frightening images. Remember, this is a Church event for kids and families!
  • Candy: Bring enough candy to get you started. During the event, we will bring around buckets of candy for you to hand out until we run out. Consider offering non-candy items (stickers, small toys) for kids with allergies.
  • No open flames, weapons, or sharp objects as part of decorations.
  • Setup and Cleanup: Please arrive on time (monitor email to exact time) to set up and stay until the event ends to help clean up your area.
  • Be ready to have fun and share some smiles!

Thank you for signing up to decorate a trunk and help spread joy to families!

CANDY DONATIONS

Drop off your wrapped candies in the shopping carts at Welcome Center #1 or #3 or bring them by during office hours. Each year, we hand out over 100,000 pieces of candy! We expect to double that! Consider including a pack of sugar-free candy, or small trinkets like stickers or erasers (for kids who cannot have sugar or have allergies).

VOLUNTEER

We need lots of volunteers to ensure our Fall Harvest Festival runs smoothly. We need volunteers to host games for kids and adults, help pass out candy to trunks, set up and tear down, make sure the lines are running smoothly, and more! If you are interested in volunteering, fill out the form below and our Children’s Pastor will be in touch.
